- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)
- We ship to all states within Nigeria.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
3. International Shipping (US & Canada) We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Doorway Home is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by your country's customs authority.
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at doorwayhomee@gmail.com.
- If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address Doorway Home is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
