Refund policy
At Doorway Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Products purchased on sale or as part of a bundle (unless faulty)
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
